How much do the rooms cost? Please see the Book Now page
Is there an age limit? You must be 12 or over to enter the escape rooms without an adult. Under 12 year olds must have one adult in the Escape Room.
How can I book and pay? You can book on the "Book Now" page of this website and pay at the venue with Cash, AMEX, NETS or PayLah.
Do you sell gift vouchers? Yes, you can purchase SISTIC tickets (valid for 3 months).
What if I get stuck on a puzzle? A friendly Captivate Escape Master monitors your progress via CCTV and is always ready to help if needed.
What do I need to bring? You may want to wear comfortable clothing. We provide free lockers for small valuable items.
Please note that your cannot take phones, pens, food or drinks into the rooms.
Is there Wheelchair Access? Yes we have wheelchair access for Prestige and The Hitman.

COVID-19 UPDATE - CAPTIVATE ESCAPE ROOMS
The health and safety of our customers and staff is a priority. In view of the Covid-19 outbreak, we would like to share with you our precautionary measures. The guidance from the government is that group sizes should be limited to a maximum of 5 people who book the session together. This is an absolute limit and so we ask customers to book online on our Book Now page.
As always; you will never share your Escape Room experience with people you do not know.
